I purchased 3 cutting boards and the board butter as a gift for my daughter. She reports loving the cutting boards and especially appreciate their washablility.

I am liking this Epicurean Kitchen Series cutting board in the color nutmeg. I preciously only used polyurethane cutting boards. This is my first Epicurean and am very pleased with it. I like the size and the thickness. And YES I will be ordering another one in a larger size.

Nice cutting board . The only issue I have with this board is that the color I bought it in, black, seems to be coming off onto the prepped food.

It's great to not have to use plastic at all. And that it is dishwasher safe makes it even better. It did get a "stain" when some pickle juice was left standing on it. Need to put it in the dishwasher and see if it will go away. But over-all, loving them

I keep my knives sharp, and I'm not particularly gentle with cutting boards. I've yet to mark up this board. It survives the dish washer with no issue. Whatever this material is work very well for this task.
