Beautiful, durable and easy to keep clean. Great with knives. Knife cuts don’t leave grooves but somehow this board is so much better than plastic or bamboo boards.

Perfect size, not too big, not too small. I like the thickness (1/2") - very solid, and I don't have to worry about juice leaking with the deep channels all around. I was debating between this and the big game board, but I ended up choosing this, because I feel like I get more surface area without a handle. I used this as a big trivet for a party too. This is my 6th Epicurean board.
