I bought an epicurean spoon at a kitchen store while on vacation and hunted them down. My original too is at least 6 years old and still wonderful. I was so happy to find them again!

Great spatula, I love it. It's so sturdy and easy to wash when camping. Do mind your temps, as it can melt, but it works just as well on nonstick pans as it does cast iron. Wish they made one of these fully out of "wood," but I suppose the fine edge and maybe the angles make that difficult. So, until then, this is the next best thing and it does the job well.
