This is a great product for a very specific use. When cleaning a pan with a sponge or such it's sometimes necessary to scrape a bit of crusted food away and inevitably you give up and just scratch at it with your finger. This replaces that and does an excellent job. It's hard and sturdy but soft enough to not damage any pans.

I have a lot of Epicurean cutting boards (8?), but the pan scrapers are awesome as well. They are much more effective than plastic scrapers. The edge stays "sharp" and works better than any scraper I ever used.
